In May 2019, Spain's 'cities of change' will go to the polls. Four years since citizen platforms won elections across the country, these cities are leading a global movement and proving that there are alternatives to politics as usual; that we can take on global corporations and the political establishment from the bottom up. But if Barcelona and Madrid fall, it will be a blow to Fearless Cities everywhere! That's why we're holding a strategy session in NYC to create a new generation of the International Brigades.

We'll start by explaining the political context going into the election and then we'll think, together, about how individuals and organizations around the world can support Barcelona and Madrid from afar. Bring your creativity and contacts!
